Welcome to our unique barn conversion in an idyllic setting in the Eden Valley
The Barn and Studio are 18th Century and recently converted . The Barn and Studio together provide luxurious 2 bedroomed accommodation, with each area having separate access and facilities, making this suitable for friends and family who enjoy holidaying together but maintaining some privacy and independence. The grounds and setting allow for a relaxing and peaceful getaway and is beautiful throughout the seasons.
We also will let out each part independently (The Barn or The Studio) with each unit sleeping 2, once one area is booked the other remains empty so you have exclusive use of the parking and patio space. One dog friendly dog is allowed in The Barn area.
Nether Hoff is in the small village of Colby, just over a mile from the historic market town of Appleby-in-Westmorland. Being situated in the Eden Valley allows easy access to The Lake District , The Pennines and The Yorkshire Dales.
