The Barn and Studio together create a unique property ideal for two couples, parents with teenagers, family travelling together or anyone who would benefit from having their own privacy and facilities but being able to eat, socialise and relax together. Alternatively it is a peaceful retreat for two if only one unit is required. The accommodation is dog friendly.
Each unit has separate access and can be let together as a 2 bedroomed property, or separately as 1 bedroomed units.
Downstairs in The Barn there is a superking bedroom, a lovely open plan kitchen with lounge area that opens out directly onto the patio and grounds. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric Aga, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, bookcase with games and local maps for your use and a Smart TV. The bedroom has plenty of storage with a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers, the bed is zip and link so can also be set up as a twin when requested. The shower room has a large walk in shower and as everything is on one level on the ground floor - good if anyone has mobility issues.
In The Barn we will provide dog bowls and a medium sized bed (on request) if you are bringing your furry friend, we limit each booking to one dog in The Barn area only.
Upstairs, The Studio is a beautiful open plan space with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams containing a kitchenette, dining and mezzanine bedroom area with a king bed (Hypnos Cashmere mattress). The kitchenette has a fridge, combination Microwave, Nespresso machine and portable electric hob and a small dining table has seating for four. The lounge area is vast with plenty of seating and a large wall mounted TV. We have just built a luxurious shower room off the living area with a large walk in shower.
Everything is furnished to a high standard with lovely pillows, bedding, robes and towels supplied from Out of Eden. We also provide luxury soap, shower gel and moisturiser so you can travel lighter.
Guests have their own patio area to sit out in, with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. You are also welcome to walk around the grounds whilst respecting the privacy of the main house. There is plenty of private parking to the front of the property. Both properties have Wifi provided by Starlink satellite with unlimited data and fantastic download speeds.
